If you call the office (or send us an email), our Co-ordinator will arrange to meet you in your own home to discuss how we may be able to help, and to explain all about us. If you would prefer a member of your family, or a friend, to be present that’s fine with us. The meeting typically takes between 45 minutes and an hour.

These meetings are very informal and as one of clients put it:
